The FIA has intimated that Sebastian Vettel did not make an illegal move on Jean-Eric Vergne in the early stages of the Brazilian Grand Prix.

The explanation in the article is exactly how it appears in the video clip. There is a marshal in the small scaffold tower about a third the way down the straight waiving a flag that is clearly not yellow. Vettel passed Vergne after first passing a green flag, case closed.

They fine drivers and penalize them for NORMAL race overtaking like they were on a highway - see Hulkenberg, then they must penalize Vettel. There's video proof.

This is the FIA,s fault for letting it happen. They removed the two films from Utube pretty quick, the one with and the one without the green flag/
