The FIA has intimated that Sebastian Vettel did not make an illegal move on Jean-Eric Vergne in the early stages of the Brazilian Grand Prix.

The explanation in the article is exactly how it appears in the video clip. There is a marshal in the small scaffold tower about a third the way down the straight waiving a flag that is clearly not yellow. Vettel passed Vergne after first passing a green flag, case closed.

Alonso world champion. End of story soon.

They fine drivers and penalize them for NORMAL race overtaking like they were on a highway - see Hulkenberg, then they must penalize Vettel. There's video proof.
