@MrFill - I really don't think that you can compare passing under yellow to what Lance Armtrong did. Lance received a lifetime ban for his cheating. If this had happened it is more like a ref failing to call an offside in football. Just think if a World Cup match was later questioned if they determined that the refs missed an offsides call.

@Max Power - I prefer Ferrari to the other top teams but I think that they do themselves a disservice when they say that Vettel did not deserve to be champion. It is a bit hard to support a team that cannot respect the fact that they lost.

When and where has Ferrari ever said that Vettel didn't deserve this title??? They simply asked for clarification from the FIA about the legality of the pass on Vergne, which they had every right to do. Show me the place where Ferrari said that Vettel didn't deserve this title! Stop making stories up in your little head.

Bernie you are too close to this. Otherwise you wouldn't be slamming Ferrari for asking for clarification. You would be criticizing the FIA for not being proactive in addressing the one controversial move in the race that could affect the outcome of the championship. Hubris on the FIA's part makes them think no one was going to question this imo.

@Max Power - wow do you always throw in a personal attack when someone disagrees with you? It weakens your arguemnt. There is an article right here on crash that Ferrari said Alonso deserved the to be champion. So that obviously means that they don't think that Vettel deserved it. Now do you understand?

any team would had done the same thing. They didnt protest they ask for "clarification" to get fans to off there back to push the confirmation of the legality.

Red Bull would had done the same thing if this were reversed. Lets not all act like we dont confirm things before we do things or act naive that this isnt something any team on the grid wouldnt do if this were for the WDC. especially being won by 3 points.

Any team on the grid would do exactly what Ferrari did. This is competition at the highest level and teams should try for every advantage.
Bernie is a senile old fool. Who does he think the largest draw in F1 is?
Has anyone bothered to tell the old POS that FOM is the commercial rights holder and not the governing body?
