Gweed mentions quali 1 being more interesting.. will it? wont they just rejig the format so 5 cars drop out instead of 7.. i suppose if its 6 out that might mean we lose 2 from the better teams.. i'm sad to see hrt go -but then i'd like to say more cars on track anyway.. 30 is a nice round number.. then maybe all the fringe drivers who cant find a seat would stand a better chance.... the likes of alg, bue, hei, kob. senna not included though.

A pity for HRT. But they were clearly behind Caterham and Marussia this year. The only good they did is Karthikeyan giving Vettel touch times in Malaysia and USA which honestly I apriciated very much. But I thought that Sauber has already decided to race with Hulkenberg and Gutierrez next year. Strange that neither of them are on this list.

Maxx, the last time Peter Windsor was involved in something (USF1) it didn't get very far at all so I hope he stays well away, although being from the US I'd love to see an American team involved.

Owen, it was sarcasm. I too would like to have a team from the states, but, the only person I could see pulling it off would be Roger Penske, and, that's about 30 years to late.
