He will have almost top priority this year and if the design fits like a glove, we might have something spectacular from him. (though I must have read somewhere mid 2012..the 2013 car was already being designed around Lewis..or may be I'm wrong..)

Well those were the rules Taipan. If they had been different, both drivers may have used different tactics.

As it was, it was always going to be the winner of the most races took the title, as a result Senna was the winner.
On the occasions where they both finished the race, Senna was on far more occasions in front.

Interesting though that you pick and choose the statistics that you prefer.

Fans, come on,wake up,why all the comments and comparisons about L H and J B? they have 22 other drivers on the grid, let us look forward to next year as we are now in the dry season of no testing which should be abolished.

the only reason he managed to have more points over 3 years is because Lewis had SERIOUS problems this year in 11 races. Button had some problems as well, but not even close to LH's bad luck.

a points gap this year +70 or even +100 would reflect it better.

It's actually 17-3 in favor of Lewis this season, Buton only beat him 3 times in quali.

I don't believe it, no way can a WDC out qualify another WDC 17-3 there must be some mistake. The driver who hit 17 against another WDC must be a driver of the highest order i just can see it. The 2009 WDC has about 7 years more experience than his teammate so there must be some mistake.

God, next you'll be saying he beat a 2xwdc in his debutant year, you guys need to get real with your stats.

herty. yes its terrible, isnt it. the following year, someone who a lot of posters say is washed up, was able to keep up with him and nearly steal the wdc. what an absolutely remarkable display of epoic talent. and dont forget, he has not been able to catch a mere kid, who was just driving for a drinks company. so he couldnt keep up with a milk float?

what a stupendous talent. five years in f1 and only one wdc to show for it, compared to a kid only 4 years in f1 and with THREE wdcs to show for it.

i am so gobsmacked by him, that i am NEARLY speechless (but not quite)
