A new circuit capable of hosting an F1 race could be built in Malaysia

Well if he's got the money to build one, let him build one. Then when F1 do or don't go there it'll be another circuit for other series.

As long as it's a figure of 8 circuit with at least 3 jumps and a corkscrew I'll be happy :)

Never heard of Peter Lim but did a bit of research and he seems an ok'ish enough guy. What he does with his money is his business and lets not forget the Sultan of Brunei (formerly worlds richest man) could do this out of his loose change and pocket money. There seems to be quite a few billionaires from the Far East so F1 is definitely headed that way......
