Somehow I don't think so. Who is this guy? Is he some kind of racing authority? Has he spoken to Hamilton? Ok, I just googled him he never won a race in his whole time in F1. lol

A guide for new readers
When Hamilton wins its because he is the best driver
When he loses it is the car/team/someone elses fault
When Vettel wins its because of Newey
When he loses its because he is a rubbish driver
When Alonso wins its because he cheated/was favoured by the FIA & stewards
When he loses its because he is a rubbish driver.

and meanwhile, back in the real world....

i suppose the reigning WDC can always be called "the fastest driver in F1", but LH is no longer the reigning WDC. So I ask in all seriousness, why do people keep calling Lewis "the fastest driver in F1"? What specific accomplishments is this accolade based on?

I rate him highly as a driver, but the praise heaped upon him seems to be well out of proportion to what he has actually done.

And what does "naturally fast" mean? There seems to be some suggestion that he goes fast via some different mechanism than the other drivers, who are presumably "unnaturally" fast.

polo. i googled your name and i could not see what you had done in f1 either. but at least warwick has been in f1, and may not, like many others in f1, have won a race. but look up the rest of his cv! not too scruffy, is it?

Lewis, Alonso, Vettle, Kimi, Grosjean are all good drivers. 2012, Vettle had the fastest and most reliable car, that is one of the reasons why he won the championship this year. Lewis had a potentially fast car but was let down by reliability and team. Kimi had a promising car and he got the best out of it. Alonso had a good car but the team was not consistent with the package for the car on qualifying and race day. Grousjean is a fast drive but he made some mistakes. Tell it how it is.

Where were you this year??? Vettel the most reliable car in 2012? You must be a realy funny guy! Not picking sides here but i'd say lotus and ferrari were far more reliable, that is, dare i say it, fact!
