@mrfill - that's a bit harsh. I was pleased (well more than pleased) when my daugher got into a top university (in England). Irrespective of how she was going to perform there, I was pleased she made it. I was over the moon when she achived her degree. So I'm sure that Michel will be similarly "chuffed" if/when one of them makes his mark in F1. Let's face it - just getting into F1 is an achievement in itself.

Well yes, but none of them are there solely on merit. Whether they are stars of the future or not, the fact is that both of their seats have been bought.

I can't say much about Bottas' racecraft, but he's fast. Equal or faster than Maldonado who has more experience. Esteban has shown his pace to be average, unremarkable though.. Which is a kick in the teeth when Sauber say otherwise.

I predict Bottas finishes in or around 10th place next year and Guitterez back in 16th.
