LOL Robo, quite possibly true but i reckon he will be due another name change soon, will still be easy to spot though as they were under their previous guise as the same old crap get's spouted :)

Like I've said. Mercedes is doomed in F1. With Lulu at the helm, there will be nothing but name calling and finger pointing and derogatory team radio communications. Also whacked-out comments to the media. Just general bad publicity for Mercedes.
Mercedes will pull out of F1 soon because their image will be damaged and the board of directors will not stand for throwing money away to disgrace the 3-pointed star.
It may happen sooner than we think. I think this may be why Norbert has already quit.

He did seem like a nice fella though, and who saw him hooning around in the big old merc rally car at last year's race of champions?

Maybe he is retiring because he is getting on a bit, he is extremely wealthy, and in formula 1 you are as only as good as your last season?

Mercedes have invested a lot of money (even before its most recent signing) and when you think about where they have been since they took over Brawn gp its no surprise that they have decided to shake things up a bit.

I think that this is a longer term strategy not a short term(we are leaving) thing at all.

a couple of days ago, i said that eit

there was a conflict between brawn and haug, with merc (haugh) exerting too much influence over decisions. this appears to be the first step in trying to rectify the situation. but i wonder if brawn will also go, or will he get another year to try and bring the team up to scratch?
