I would like to see Fernando take some pressure from his team mate next year, it may force him to raise his game 'again', from the summer break to the end of this season, when the chance Felipe showed that he isn't as rubbish as many think. Go gettem Fil.

Has Ferrari promised Massa equal treatment and equal machinery for 2013?! Because he seems so full of confidence for next year and Alonso is even saying Massa is a challenger for 2013. Anyway they promised him the same thing when Kimi was dropped in favor of Alonso so promises in Ferrari means nothing.

I have a bridge for sale if you think Ferrari is going to let Massa race ALonso. Luca,Dom and company have already stated they must give Alonso the car to win. No mention of Massa. Alonso would leave a team if they don't give him full number one support. That fact is in the history books.

@Dylan, they both started on a level playing field in Bahrain 2010, problem being Felipe outqualified him there and got 'outraced' to the first corner, got outraced into the pits in China, then appeared to let his head drop.

I'll give you a quick Ferrari history lesson Rob.

2008, Kimi was the reigning WDC getting paid 20m a year at Ferrari, Massa went ahead of him in that year's championship Ferrari backed him completely.

1999, Ferrari backed Irvine for the championship after Schumacher's leg break.

You don't seem to understand that what matters at Ferrari is the team, not the idividual. They will back their best bet. Unlike Mr Dennis in 2007 who backed his new creation instead of winning a certain championship with Alonso.

Don't eat that Wilbur its horse crap. Twice in their history they backed a number two. Once for a broken leg and once against a driver they deemed so worthless they paid him millions to hit the road. What a team.

Motivated??? Lol!!!! So Felipe is motivated enough to take more gear box changes, engine changes, move aside for alonso, qualify behind alonso, etc.

What a shame. Better not to drive for ferrari than being an escort driver for alonso.
