I don't see how Alonso has more baggage than the queen of twitter but I would imagine Ferrari signed Alonso on ability alone, 2nd 4th and 2nd in the last 3 championships in a car that you claimed was junk, Lulu 4th, 5th and 4th in a far faster car.

Good choice Ferrari, as has been said many times before Lulu just isn't Ferrari material.

Luca just mentioned Lewis and he didn't use the word Never. Secondly Ferrari is Not Vettel material. And in this day and age of F1 it's no longer necessary to drive for Red. The top four teams can provide a winning car. Years ago if Ferrari mentioned your name you would give your left nut for the seat. Vettel has said No Thanks. And I can list the baggage if you like but some of it's criminal. But I guess twitter is far worse.

I think Luca should have signed Vettel than Alonso in 2009. Vettel has demonstrated his strong (champion) character and focused only in how to win every race unlike Alonso who has been improving in making excuses of his defeat. Alonso is indeed a fit pair to Stefano who likes to talk a lot but with no crown.

rob. you really are clutching at straws now!

but glad to see that you acknowledge that twittering is the worst offence. but i am puzzled as to your comment that what ferrari have done is criminal? exactly WHAT is criminal?

It's a driver not Ferrari. Although if Max writes the book that could be different. On a side note were you ever a used car salesman?

Taipan I cannot wait for your comments after the first race of 2013 if Hamilton gets pole, wins and fastest lap and Rosberg comes in 7th!

What then? Why cant you just recognise an outstanding talent when you see it?

Absolutely made Button look like a muppet in terms of outright speed the last 3 years Rosberg has no chance!

Thats a ballsy comment knowing that Rosberg stood very well against a 7xWDC for the last 3 years...

But, what are you going to say if Rosberg out qualifies Hamilton, and beats him to the flag? More excuses??

Vettel said no to ferrari..
lewis said it would about six months getting set with his new team.

some of you have the impression that if lewis is not in the top four or five starting in 2013 that he would be a failure.

i except nico be right up with lewis for the first half of 2013.
