Mr Valsecchi I desist on your statement. Lotus is not the 4th best team in the world.

Lotus is the 4th best team "in F1". There are teams that have the resources and the know-how make it in F1 that are not in F1.

@David- The Lotus (Enstone) outfits history goes back as far as 1992. In the WCC they've had no less than eight third places, two second places, and three first places.

Tell me, what team that isn't already in F1 do you believe could enter and do better?

I think the Enstone operation goes further back than that - to Toleman in the 80's. Sadly seems like Valsecchi just has a really expensively bought GP2 trophy and not much from it. His best shot might be to put himself up for adoption into the Chilton family...
