F1 » Petrov future 'in Caterham's hands'

Vitaly Petrov's hopes of remaining in F1 for 2013 rest entirely with the new management team at Caterham F1, the Russian having put all his eggs in a single basket after missing out elsewhere.

Let me see...some people were calling for Kovalainen to get the Force India or Lotus seat. But this guy beat Kovalainen. And as it is he is the best driver Caterham has ever had, despite that Heikki has now been there 3 years.

Would you say Luca Digrassi and Jerome dambrosio are no good either, even though they have beaten Timo Glock?

Caterham's new principle said only a few weeks ago that they don't need pay drivers in their team. If that were true they'd have rehired Petrov already. They have him to thank for their massive prize money cheque.
