May i congratulate Mclaren and Sauber for showing their F1 knowledge in employing quality drivers like Perez and Hulks and not listening to the CELT pundits who think a driver should drive for a top team just because he is British although not possessing the talents of the two mentioned drivers.

@Hertfordshire

You have a racist agenda against Paul, I saw you calling him "that scrap" on another forum. Your not a motorsport fan and a disgrace to this forum.

What's wrong with been Scottish btw?

Absolutely nothing wrong with setting lofty goals, PDR's problem is he landed in F1 along with talk of being Schumacher's replacement, endorsements from Sir Jackie Stewart and almost all of the British motorsport press, failing to beat 'two' different team mates in consecutive seasons isn't going to help his profile, beating Sebastien Vettel in junior formula also gives the impression he has peaked.

@ the truth, me a racist?. My best mate is from Wales or was it Derry.

As for the Scots i was friends with a geezer from north of the border but i'm OK now.

Its a shame you only quoted the negative part of that comment about Paul what about the part of that post where i said PDR was a level headed young man.

PDR reminds me to much of DC who was an average driver who had 13 GP wins in 15 years driving Newey cars at Williams and Mclaren. And he Eddie Jordon,Mcneash and Sir Jackie keep big in up this driver who's only talent is getting his car home and usually behind his teammate.

Sauber and Mclaren made the right choices regards quality young drivers and you must remember Mclaren are very good at picking young drivers remember 2007 nuff said.
