How he keeps his job is beyond me. If you take the number of times he has spoken out against vettle or did something against vettel on the track. He should have been shown the door last year. He is totally disrespectful to a three time WDC. And this from a guy who is at best average. His win total in the car he drives is pitiful

There is and has always been more commercial benefit in an European champion than one from else where.Plus it would be embarassing for marko's golden hair boy not to succeed. No matter who was sebs team mate they would be number two driver. And all the pit crew know this, so it influences their race strategy.Mark gets to drive the so called best car without the added expectation of winning.

rob01, there are other people in the team than Marko and Vettel. It seems like Webber is very popular with all of the team, much like Button at McLaren (remember the bowling with Lewis vs. jogging with Jenson story?).

Marko is a narcissistic twit who has achieved nothing in F1. He was ok in sportscars, like many other mediocre drivers.

I really don't get why Webber, having had the chance twice, didn't make the move to Ferrari.

That said however, I think others are right when saying he had a great chance to win the championship in 2010 and he blew it all by himself 1st with that (rather typical) accident in Korea and then with a poor qualifying in Abu Dhabi putting him on the back foot for the race.

"I really don't get why Webber, having had the chance twice, didn't make the move to Ferrari"

That's a great idea. Leave a title winning team to become a 100% no2 driver in a slower car.

Richard, you seem to know more about Vettel and RBR than the entire planet?
What Mark needs to do is wait until the end of the year and then give Marko a smack in the chops, and if Vettel pulls a face, give him one as well.
