Back to previous comments re manufacturer teams, just thinking about it. Apart from Ferrari, who although technically are a manufacturer, F1 is a major part of their business. The others tend to have a 'toe in the water' to an extent & withdraw at the earliest sign of stuggle. Anyway, there has not been a lot of success for full manufacturer teams ever really. Renault had a couple of years on top, but that was short lived. Prior to Ferraris dominance of the early 00's when was the last manufacturer to win a drivers or constructors? 80's 90's were dominated by McLaren & Williams. Even Lotus' success in the 70's were with Ford engines.
Just my observation that I found interesting.

Lewis has now had 6 years in F1 and in nothing less than a top 3 car,

His time with Mercedes will make or break him and this will be the most uncompetetive car he has driven during his time in F1 can he develop it and turn it around? or will he sink with it?

If it doesn't work it will be off to the US with the Girl and the Glitz and the Glamour (more his scene) but also tighter competition.

Lets see how it goes!

Wouldn't the 2009 McLaren be the most uncompetitive car Lewis Had driven. It took till midway through the season to get that car sorted, and eventually he was able to win races with it.

But it was less competitive than the Mercedes at the start of the 2009 season.

david. unfortunately merc were not competing in 2009, except as partner to macca!

however, if you are somehow referring to brawn (nee honda) then you are right. but every other car was behind the brawn. it was only when teams started to catch up with brawns gifted ddd, that lulu was in the fastest car. it didnt help him much though, others were faster.:D :D

Both wrong.

The name at the start does not make part of the sentence in this instance, therefore the sentence should start with a capital letter. The comma is simply a break between the receivers name and the sentence. A good example would be found in letter writing.

Dear Piercarlogassolini,

My written English skills seem to be better than yours.

Yours sincerely,

Taipan

Note the correct use of commas and capital letters.
