The Brabham family have won a three-year battle to protect their name from use by third parties in the EU seeking to exploit the reputation of three-time F1 world champion Sir Jack Brabham and his heirs.

commodore. i remember when another team was trying to cash in on the brabham name. i think that it is very poor when someone tries to use an historic name to try an promote their own interest..

by the way, it seems to be a little hot over there! 50 degrees?? hope that all are safe in the bushfires

ps. crash only mentions ONE race, or have they changed the thread?

Good for Jack Brabham & Family!

Saw JB race a single seater at the Goodwood revival and was lucky enough to meet him and he also signed my program - see myself really fortunate!
