So if they don't get a driver with substantial backing will the team fold? Chilton brings in over 10 million (bonkers I know) so are the looking for driver sponsors to cover 1/3 or more of the operating budget? That's a pretty precarious position to be in as the money is delivered in stages and doesn't always appear.

The days of job security are numbered, whether it be working in a supermarket stacking shelves or driving a F1 car.
