It seems to me that Wolff is staging one of the great coup d'etat of our time. He is a fearsome individual who, like is namesake is right at the top of the forest food chain. He stalks his prey, he bides himself through lean times feeding on scraps and then transforms himself into a magnificent beast and strikes.

This is excellent news for Lewis I feel. With the Totmeister at the helm, I can only see a great future for the Mercedes team. The only thing I'm not sure about is the rumours of the removal of Nick Fry. Removing an individual of that caliber has to be a mistake. The man has a track record of excellence second to none. Not something that can be said of the now past-his-best Brawn.

Adding Lowe to the mix - one of F1's greatest minds is a masterstroke. This is classic Wolff.

I'm not sure what you find humorous Taz. Toto is a majestic individual. Him, Lauda, Lowe and Lewis together is a dream team not even Horner, Newey and Vettel will be able to cope with.

Watch the silver arrows soar this season. Wolff does not do things by halves. He has the steely glare that only a man's man can have.

If Brawn is sacked for Lowe, Sir Frank should offer him the same job at Williams.
There is mutual respect that would permit a plan for succession and progression further strengthening the share value of Williams on the exchange.

The team “Mercedes” has been disrupted the situation indside the team cannot but be chaotic, that's regardless of the final outcome/fallout, the situation now is, if Paddy Lowe doesn't make it to Mercedes the term total would have to be added to the words (disruption and chaotic).

Change too much at once and you risk upsetting the balance and make things worse!

True for car setup, same for team setup! They've changed so much they risk upsetting the team dynamic! Leave it as is now and see how things pan out!

Unless they can get Newey! That's be frightening
