Despite just re-upping his deal to remain as test and reserve driver for world champions Red Bull, Sebastien Buemi admits that watching from the sidelines is 'real torture'.

Time to start lobbying for a Porsche LMP1 drive for next season.

The F1 bottleneck won't get much wider until at least a couple manufacturers decide to (re)join the fray.

It would really be a torture I would assume. He is a test driver for a team with WCC and WDC tropies for 3/3 of past 3 yrs.

Vettel & Horner have said that the trophies r bcoz the team works hard. They (rbr employees) have pressure from media, management and fans as wcc and wdc achievers.

I'm glad we don't have the 'torture' of Buemi filling a seat that could be better filled by another driver. Although you cold almost say that of the RBR reserve seat, not that he gets to drive the car anyway. If something were to happen to MW or SV I doubt SB would be drafted in to replace.
