Time for what? This dude did nothing for Williams and I don't think Mercedes needs him but he insists to be part of F1 teams. BTW what has this guy done to motor-racing? It's a serious question guys.

brawn is still the top man and i suspect that everything will still go through him...toto will need time as he cant just jump straight in a team and provide answers and not to sure they will work 100 percent on the 2013 car as i think they will be looking more towards 2014.. i hope mercades are competitive in 2013 i rekon rosberg and hamilton as team mates will be pushing eachother the hardest good luck:)

Toto,
Your first challenge will be to reign-in Lewis Hamilton's mouth when he starts spewing after he figures out that he no longer has the unfair advantage of McLaren behind him. 2013 is going to be an entertaining season because of Hamilton. Probably exciting too because of Hamilton. Just like in 2011 when he was behind and trying to bash his way to success.

Since Brawn spoke about the situation at Mercedes trying to give the impression that everything is ok and as it should be and that the racing side is fully under his control, all there was were contradictory statements to what he said.
“I am the team principal I am in charge of sporting, technical and racing matters, Toto is coming and there is another side of the business that quite frankly I don't want to get involved in, a lot of things Toto will be doing are complimentary to what I will be doing (Brawn).
“No more excuses for Mercedes in F1, Mercedes now has all the ingredients to be successful, I believe Lauda and Toto can do it (MR F1)”.
“I need more time to fully examine what now needs to be done (Toto).
Just try to imagine what Lauda will have to say, Brawn has been unsettled and the team disrupted.

It's all well and good having some good guys at the top but they are 5th biggest spending team so how can they expect to be a top 2/3 team?

It won't take too long before Wolff and Lauda start shaking the tree and wait to see who drops out. The facts are that they have been brought in to turn Mercedes around and make them into a top team and I don't suppose that Mercedes will mind how much blood is on the floor as long as the results improve. Haug saw the writing on the wall and I'm sure Ross Brawn realises what is going on. It will turn into a night of the longknifes sooner rather than later.

As we all thought this story has some way to run.

Nick Fry has to go but Ross Brawn....I know Totto is hungry like the wolf but Totto might be barking up the wrong tree here with Lauda, he may have bitten of more than he can chew...and when it goes wrong the howling will begin!
