F1 » Webber unfazed by Marko 'agenda'

Mark Webber has shrugged off the latest attack on his ability from Red Bull motorsport advisor Helmut Marko, saying he focused on the impending 2013 season.

Nice to read this. Of course it would be a different story if Dietrich actually opened his ears to Helmut's BS but as things are seems like Didi has Mark's back.

Still puzzles me that he allows Helmut to make these abnoxious comments yet keep his position though...

For the record I'm not a believer (anymore) in Mark's championship potential but that aside I really dislike the way Helmut's gone about things on numerous occassions.

Webber has one last chance to prove Marko wrong, so I say he (Webber) go for it! Much as I hate to say it, he wont pull it off and prove Marko wrong...

Mark is a genuine guy and well respected by the majority of the Motorsport media. Statistically he is behind Vettel, but he knows he doesn't need to address comments made by Marko whether true or distorted, he just has to fight his corner!!

Bit rich coming from Marko. Marko drove for one of the better F1 teams in the 70,s and achieved absolutely nothing. Absolutely nothing. Far as I remember he was kicked out before the end of 1 season. What a complete tw.t. How did he ever get his job ?

Adding to Rob01 said, I had heard from Eddie Jordan on TV that despite what you see on TV, behind closed doors, Mark Webber becomes a very demanding person. And that does not translate well to results on track.

I'll never know what goes on, but Eddie Jordan has usually been spot on on these type of things. He knows too much to ever be allowed to be a team owner again.
