Ferrari won't need Horner because I'm sure a certain mercedes boss RB will come back home to the team who dominated under his technical leadership

Horner-Newey-Vettel. That is an intimidating axis even for the likes of Ferrari and McLaren. It has become their nemesis. Lewis Hamilton's "drinks company" destroying all competition before them.

Horner is for me, the epitome of what a Team Principal should be, regardless of what I think of RedBull. CH is one of the very few who always makes time for the media, with a very clear open door policy, he's a champion of getting the fans closer to the sport.

RebBull have a true man manager in Horner, a man that has pulled together a Ferrari beating team, lets not forget, it's not just the Horner & Newey show, there is a LOT of smart heads at RedBull ... plus he's great for the sport. No wonder really that Ferrari where apparently interested, but equally, a smart man knows his own worth!

Horner does well to manage the conflicts and various big egos in the team. When you have a winning combination it is a good idea to keep it together. A smart move by RBR IMHO.

Continuing stability and cohesion within a team is the genuine way to move forward.
