One of the question marks hanging over Thursday's launch of the new McLaren MP4-28 was the future of the team's technical director Paddy Lowe, who missed the event.

Maybe they can get Hamilton to set up the car before the race so Jenson can use the setup! LOL

The writing is on the wall.... Brawn is out at Mercedes F1. Lauda will bring that team down further than it already is....

Paddy stay at Mclaren if lauda does for mercedes what he did for Jaguar, mercedes wouldnt be around in a couple of years

This rather suggests that he has been approached and has accepted a move elseware i.e Mercedes. Perhaps he feels McClaren simly don't have the drivers to win another championship and that working with Lewis again he can do what Ross Brawn has failed to do at Mercedes, either way McClaren are the losers with two major defections in a year or so.
