Felipe Massa has given a positive report on his first day with Ferrari's new F138 challenger, after completing over 200km of work at Jerez.

Ferrari is definitely one of those teams where the old 'times in testing don't mean much' holds true, but I can't help but think they would have liked to be a bit quicker right out of the box.

With the rule stability it's not illogical to think they'll have a hard time this year as they had every incentive to have a quick car at the end of last year and despite all their resources didn't manage to do it.

If they really had the answers I'm sure they would have implemented them already last year.
