atmospherics, low/high fuel gearing, tire pressures, kers, wings,....testing means nothing.
The fastest car overall in last years testing came 7th in constructors, the next fastest = 4th in constructors and the next = 6th
In 2012 Vettel was 20th fastest on one day, and the highest he reached in testing on any day was 5th.
'nando was an average of 6th on all tests in 2012, yet both him and vettel were fighting for the title...

interesting to see that in some photos, some cars were running with drs open, something that will not be possible this year in practice, and then only in the drs zone.

also, as i posted before,( but the usual suspects disagreed with), pirelli are also providing special, non race approved tyres.

testing times mean zilch.

I agree that some of us are definitely looking way to much into the times for testing. They are nice to look at, but they really shouldn't be posted as if they are something official to compare. .. @Richard why they special "non race approved tires?"

tablerock (mountain?)

i dont know. maybe it is a way for pirelli to try out new compounds? but unusually, the alternative hards were actually faster than the normal softs!!!!!!

Richard, Table Rock is a lake in southwest Missouri. I really hope this year's tires perform in a way in so the drivers don't have to baby them the whole race.
