Nikki Lauda would not say anything derogatroy about Mercedes even if they were the slowest in the field. He will however, say derogatory things about the drivers to shift blame from the team and the company and to save face for the great german name.

It's still early, they may yet make an impression and surprise us all. I'm probably not the only F1 fan who would like to see them first and second on the podium in at least one race this year.

But then I'd also like to see Kimi win the world championship again.

the site looks now looks like 'any other' site, the old one had the feel of a local pub, now its gone all wine bar, pretty if a little slow though, no option to reverse the viewing of comments in reverse was an open goal miss though crash. As for mercedes they need to be 'at least' challenging their customer teams

i like the new layout. i see some are saying the print is too small. funny, i think that it is bigger and easier to read. but the site is still slow, maybe it will pan out better soon.

Yes, the print is probably bigger as I find it easier to read, the site format as with everything else in life will need getting used to, I remember when Crash Net last changed the site format it also needed getting used to then.
The other day Crash Net moderator assured me that they are working to solve the site problems.
On a different note, the FIA are this year introducing tighter control/policing as to the power input and output of KERS by introducing a mandatory electronic control box specifically for KERS control.

I miss the thumbs up and down buttoms. I also don't like the way that the comments are not clearly seperated from one another. The agree disagree buttons are closer the the next comment than they are to the last line of the comment that they belong to.
