well done lulu. you even claimed that merc had won the wdc/wcc in recent years, but jezza soon put you straight.

i trust that seb will now be given the chance to respond, and he should be given a lhd car, to make everything equal.

Thought it was overall a positive bit of exposure for Hamilton, seemed pretty relaxed.

This series of top gear is poor though, producers should be shot for coming up with nothing original. Race through Europe, American road trip, cars for playing football/rugby...all been done before.

Sorry Lewis, you had the best car last year but did nothing with it. Alonso has also tried that smoke screen but on the straight the Ferrari was miles faster than the Red Bull.

I'm afraid that both of you are doing Seb a disservice. He is the best driver in F1 just now............................

Well, there you have it. Hamilton has taken this 2003 Suzuki and shown everybody that he is the fastest driver in the whole world. Noone can dispute it now! It will even be shown on TV, so you know that it has to be true!
By the way, this test also proves that Barrichello is the 3rd fastest driver of all time as well. Schumi isn't even in the top 5.

taz. yes he as pretty relaxed. even turned up in a hoodie with a leather jacket over it?????? but he was aso in a way, slating macca. agreeing that he was happy with the reduced corporate work. but what i found odd was the fact that he said that he wanted to go to a struggling team and build it around him.

why therefore go to merc? why not stay with struggling macca and try to build THAT team around him. at least he would have ha a head start

Love the way he 4 wheel drifted the Liana into the 2nd to last corner, he carried a lot of speed through the last corner which probably gave him a few tenths even though he was on the grass.
