I get it, take every available tech director who has ever designed a winning car so that the other teams don't have any, there is hope for Mike Gascoigne and Gary Anderson yet.

So they let Hamilton go,Alonso, Newey and now Lowe.
This team is going down fast no chance with the 2 midfield number 2 drivers the have this season. Button will probably get his usual cpl of wins if the car is perfect for him, trouble is that dont happen at every race.

McL have lost a lot of people in the last few years. Lets not forget they lost Pat Fry end of 2010. Either Withmarsh is just horrible at retaining people or Ron is just letting these people go. Either way, something weird is happening there.

IMHO, Withmarsh has 1-2 seasons to go, esp if the mass exodus of talent keeps leaving. I'd like to see Brawn come take over McL

Mclaren has managed to manoeuvre/manipulate this Lowe saga in the best interest of the team/company.
A formula one team is run on the bases of total commitment and loyalty, once the management gets to know that an individual's total commitment and or loyalty are in the slightest of doubts that individual's position with the team is no longer attainable and more importantly not trustable for a second time.
A formula one team cannot but be only run on such line.
I have nothing against Lowe but mclaren certainly acted in the best interests of the team/company.

It is crystal clear that as with Lulu ones mclaren sniffed the slightest disloyalty to the team Lowe's position with the team was unattainable.
Mclaren's actions/decisions were correct and in the best interests of the team.
