Prost should be a 5 time world champion because of that Suzuka first corner incident, he was ahead, but for a dirty move that seems to be worshipped by millions.

Very well said Ptolemy.

Prost doesn't get the respect he deserves thanks to the ridiculous myths that have been built up around Senna, most of them created and believed by kids who never even watched the pair race.

Prost has earned his place in F1 history as one of the very greatest drivers and a gentleman, very few others can claim that.

Completely sensible comments from Prost. Truly from the heart and based on facts and common sense, unlike Lauda and Jackie Stewart whose nonsense based on emotion and the fact that they don't like Sebastian making their achievements less significant the more Seb accomplishes. Alain is a true gentleman. Like he proved fighting with the dirtiest of them all. Ayrton Senna. When Senna pile-drived Prost into the barriers in Japan in order to steal the championship that season, you didn't hear Prost whooping and holllering. He just came back and beat Senna in a fair way in a following season.
Thanks for the truthful comments Alain.

"If Vettel were to take take the crown again in 2013 then he would be one of only three drivers to have won four or more championships since the start of F1 in 1950. Prost himself also clinched four titles in his time in the sport with Williams and McLaren, while Michael Schumacher remains the outright master with seven championships to his name."
