Well he's not the worst pick (icepick MUHAHAHA) purely as a driver so could be worse I guess. On a personal level though, even if I don't judge the guy by one stupid (very stupid) decision his comments some while ago about FI having to be happy to have a chance to have him back as a driver was a bit too much for me...

I wonder if he really realises how much of a break this is for him not only in terms of his racing carreer but also beyond that.

All that aside - Di Resta is probably quivering in his racing boots now.

Force India went for the "safe" bet...A pity for Bianchi as I wonder if there is any interest in driving for Marussia if it were even possible...

Speaks volume about the current team mindset as well...

He may still be quick, but he can get any ideas that he is owed
any chance to be in F1 right out of his head. This bloke obviously has a problem.......he could be in the same boat as Oscar Pistorius had circumstances been different, but luckily not so. He will give Di Resta a good run, as long as the team is still there by season end. Now where is my wine......?

Remember last year Force India almost sacked Diresta as second half of the year his performance got bad due to emo problems as Mercedez announced hamilton instead of him and Nico to Sauber. He needs serious help he's dragging the team with his royal whinneyness.
