Sebastian Vettel says Red Bull doesn't know where it stands going into the start of the F1 season

because of the cold and wet conditions,a number of teams are unsure of where they are. but on another site, vettel is saying that the car is good in the wet. they are trying their pdr device today, and results appear to be good. nobody will have any true idea of speed under race conditions, until melbourne. there they will get a good idea of where they need to improve.
