What has he (Hill) achieved that really speaks? Ok so he won a F1 crown in a car you or the average driver couldve won in, doesnt make him 'qualified' to say anything today.

l agree with Shaken,, Hill was one of the softest world champs in history in that williams , with button ,who both had cars that were Miles ahead of the field.( cars being developed and set up for a teams number 1 drivers style should not be under estimated, it is a huge advantage)
But l agree with Hill, Williams are midfielders till Frank merges with a manufactor with a larger budget or sells out....what a amazing career Frank has had though...

boggaaaa and shaken. at least hill has won a wdc. ONE, the same as lulu, kimi, keke etc, which makes him qualified enough to have a reasonably qualified opinion. AND he is being paid to commentate.

what have YOU won, and how much are YOU being paid to provide your "expert" opinion????

Yes Hill has won a WDC with a supperior car and while he was doing so he was dumped by Williams, before that but still with a superior car both he and Williams were made to look totally inapt by the combination of Brawn/Schumacher.

Hill was a worthy champoin and he still is. Car was good, but so was the man. Williams has later regretted that he did not sign Hill for more years, he was a exellent developer of cars. Ask Mansell, Prost, Frentzen and more. He made Jordan into a winning team, he even almost won in an Arrows/Yamaha. You keyboard warriors have no clue to real tife!
