Kimi aka Mr Charisma. ..I think not. .He had a good race in Oz coz of other battles going on around him. .Perhaps Fry lasted this long because of contractual obligations. .who knows. .

While, Fry does not have a great track record, I still do not understand what is so great about Wolff. He had this same position with Williams for a few years they're still in the same place when he came in and when he left.

IMHO, Brawn will do well to leave this Merc. Would love to see him take over McL.

Why on earth would Ross want to go to McLaren. .the outfit, compared to Mercedes are pot less

Whitless has already been sounding out in close season on how times are hard blah blah blah. .on the other hand Mercedes are rolling in it thanks to being bankrolled by the greatest car manufacturer in the world. .they've even got McLaren's Paddy Lowe sat at home kicking his heels for just in case things happen to go pear shaped.

Speaking of which, McLaren's major sponsor has also kicked them into touch.

From an outsiders point of view, it's not looking good for them....as already been said on here. .they could well be following Williams into the cold lonely darkness.

At Williams Toto had limited resources putting it mildly. .you can only work with the cloth you've been given. ..in Toto's case he was given an handkerchief.

With Lauda at the top Merc have no chance. Look at what he did at Jaguar...nothing but demoralise the work force! A big reshuffle will surely damage the stability of the team. As for Toto...the less said the better.

All the praise about toto is because he was in the business side of things at Williams and they made a very nice profit when being floated on the stock market. When a very well known social website did the same thing they did rubbish.

Tbh I never really liked nick fry after button won the wdc for them they had planned to get rid of him and bring schumy bk but instead of just saying that he made a big stink over button going to look around the mclaren tc. Buttery was getting rid of him so he had to look for a drive else where.. He would of been better off just keeping his mouth shut
