What a bizarre race. The fans need to be respected more, sure there were two teams running 1,2 & 3,4 but certainly in mercedes case when there is a faster driver - just let them race.

Seb is certainly going it alone for the rest of the season, Webber will not forget.

When you listen to the team radio you get this sense that vettel "thinks" hes the cats pjs and hes the best thing since sliced bread. Silly move seb its a team sport and your team mate may have helped you out in races to come. Fat chance of that happening. Id Kiss 4 titles in a row away mate. Another knobhead like shumacher.

Team Orders 2nd race in?

No Way!

Far too early in the season for the Team to call for this.

If near the end of the season its needed, then fair enough, but not now!.

Niko should have done the same thing and taken Lewis's place.

@Fernandabulous

“I ignored the team and I was battling to the end.” - Mark Webber

He did by his own admission. It won't let me post links, but google that phrase and you will find plenty of sources.

Facts are...
Team orders are now part of the sport.
The drivers are contracted to drive on behalf of their team.
In both situations today there was no gain to allowing the following driver to take over their team mates position.
If either team had felt threatened by closing opposing cars they would have taken a different approach with their strategies and insisted the faster cars went through.

It's all done bar the shouting now, hopefully with minimal effect on the remainder of the season.
Fingers crossed.
