F1 » Vettel: I messed up, I'm sorry

Sebastian Vettel: I owe an explanation to Mark and to the team and that's it. Everyone else obviously has the right to have their own opinions but for sure it is not a victory that I'm very proud of because it should have been Mark's.

Too late to say sorry
He had about 10 laps to think about it in the race. and he did not let Webber back past. So Mark should be allowed to race for the rest of the year unimpeded with the same equipment.
Seb will then find out he is not as good as he thinks. Just like Rossi when he went to Ducati and didn't win a race ion two years

You don't have to apologize, Seb. Mark would've done the same. He already tried to harm you in the past. Actually, Webber has benn a great teammate in the past... for Alonso.

That's what makes me pissed about Seb. He needs to impose himself. No need to say sorry when your teammate has been a **** so many times.

Why apologise? Do people really think that a slower driver deserves to win?! vettel's battling for a championship. Webber's looking at 3rd or 4th come the end of the season.

Come in number 2, you're time's up!

Sebastian, you said that you are sorry about it and that you could change the result if you could.

If you are really sorry, next time you are 1st and Mark 2nd, hand over the win to him as a payback for this.

If you don't, the 'apology' stands for nothing.

Horner has to get back control and re-assert his authority.Vettel should be put on the bench the next round and the reserve driver given a shot.

Facsinating! These four drivers showed that they are real racers. Vettel defying team orders to win. "Too slow" Webber, coming from 5th, holding off Vettel early in the race. Rosberg pushing the team to let him pass and Hamilton clearly unhappy with getting podium at the expense of his teammate's pace. And all of them hate this new Pirelli F1 Tyre Championships. These are real racers! They just want to get on with the racing regardless if their teammates pass them or not. However, the team thinks otherwise. Sadly.
