F1 » Vettel: I messed up, I'm sorry

Sebastian Vettel: I owe an explanation to Mark and to the team and that's it. Everyone else obviously has the right to have their own opinions but for sure it is not a victory that I'm very proud of because it should have been Mark's.

With the guys being told to hold positions by the team, could this not be seen as race fixing, I would hate to have a bet on F1 when the fav is told to sit back and I lost a few quid....stop all the team calls NOW....

freejack. so now we have you deciding at what point webber decided to turn down his engine? going into the first corner, vettel was actually in the lead, so maybe webber should have acceded and let seb continue in the lead, but no, he fought back to take the lead, and seb retaliated until he was finally in the lead, a position that he was in prior to the shenanigans.
did you hear the call to remap at the exact time that webber and/or seb got it? thought not! rbr will have all the neccessary telemetry from both cars, and are the only people who have the full facts

rich just give it a rest. you are going to give yourself a heart attack defending red bulls rogue employee. it is very clear to all as to what red bull wanted ...the lie only compounded his problems as Horner knew the truth.

Sorry FreeJack, it's not from my memory, i went back to watch the video clip.

Autosport said "They grappled wheel to wheel through the first five corners for two consecutive laps, prompting the “don't be silly” radio calls from pitwall, before Vettel got decisively in front. "

Not sure who told you when Mark turned down his engine, but if it was true, wouldn't that be really daff .... i mean, Mark was in the middle of a heated battle with the current World Champ and he suddenly turns down his engine.... Doesn't make sense to me.
