The outcome of the 2013 Malaysian Grand Prix looks set to divide opinion on Sebastian Vettel, but which side of the fence are you on?

The big problem with all of this is that Mark was essentially defenceless. He'd been asked to turn the engine to a more conservative setting and its not a bit of wonder than Vettel was faster. And the big shame, Mark was the better driver yesterday and drove a much better race.

Now if they'd been asked to follow yet both had equipment capable of lapping as fast as possible, then it might be ok, Mark has just as much chance of winning as anyone. But stealing a win from someone who is essentially defenceless and who has been asked to be careful is very dangerous ground. I can see another Hamilton/Alonso situtation developing here. Especially when the chasing cars were not able to challenge the two red bulls!

Exactly Matt, where is the honor in attacking your teammate after he's been told to turn down the car because positions are not to change. And then Vettel says well it was hot out there so.. What? We'll see how hot it gets when Mark does the same to you!

It's a fine sight seeing a very cranky Aussie speak in a "very direct and forthright manner" - and Webbs was uber- cranky.
As Mr Horner said - this is a team sport. Not the sort of thing you want happening within a team with a LONG season and 17 races till to go. This incident will not be forgotten easily in the Red Bull camp - although I hear Helmut Marko is already 'over it' .........( :

I really don't see what the fuss is about. I like to see a race. If Webber was that upset he should have attacked back, blow team orders, out there on track its a race! The fact is Vettel cleared off 4 seconds ahead after the battle, so the fastest man won. how it should be. Rosberg should have smoked Hamilton too, I don't like watching a procession, lets see battling!!!!!!...

unsporting and no excuse.

if it was a boxing match and the ref called time - Vettel would have landed a knockout blow.

Its not right, Webber should give him the smack he deserves.

Fair play if you want to see a battle/racing but it's hardly a race when one of them has their engine turned down. Webber should have put him into the wall, Vettel is nothing more than a cheat well groomed for the media & Horner is a terrible principle. If this were the other way around then the repercussions would have been so much more harsh on Webber.

@ptolemy - I've never heard such utter rubbish. Blaming Vettel's behaviour on the other 'nasty' drivers, who abide by 'nasty' rules. Good God! You make your own choices in this life! Berger said when Vettel entered F1, don't be fooled by his easy going manner, this kid is ruthless. Yesterday was further proof!

And it's not a question of whether Vettel was faster or not, it was a pre-race agreement they booth signed up to and probably shook hands on, code 21 or whatever it is within that team. Vettel broke his word.

He's a three time world champion. You'd think he might have learned to be a little generous by now.
