The whole thing is a crock of Sh*t. Mental to be implementing team orders so early, understandable when championships are at stake but not round 2.

Vettel is still a ***** though, how is it racing him overtaking webber when he knows he's coasting g home? They should ban him and prove he's not irreplaceable, lets be honest he's good but a lot of other drivers given the red bull could achieve the same.

F1 is getting worse not better, just a drawn out tyre saving exercise, DRS is bullsh*t, and it's not longer the best drivers, just the drivers with the richest daddies! Getting less and less interested.

@ Paul - you're completely ignoring the fact that because Webber had been told to turn down his engines and preserve tires to the finish, he was vulnerable to a flat-out attack by Vettel. Once Webber put a gap between the two of them after the pit stop, he turned down his engines and expected to finish as-is...but Vettel decided to go against that order and fight him. It had ZERO to do with Webber's pace...Webber had pace all day long and Vettel could not catch him. If Webber had been told he needed to sprint to the finish, he'd have done that and Vettel never would have caught him.

Out of all the comments so far only 3 have stuck to the question- If Wattie thinks RBR will suspend SV and let the other teams take WDC+WCC points from them then he must be out of touch with modern F1.

It's called a RACE because you're supposed to be RACING each other. If crappy ass tires and rules about engine and gearbox longevity turn the last 1/3 of what's supposed to be a race into a stately procession, then it's boring for everyone.

Seb has been consistently quicker than Webber the entire time they've been team mates. In fact, it is Seb's ability to help the team in setting up and fine tuning the car that has in turn helped Webber's career immensely. Until Seb came to Red Bull, Webber had zero wins and just two podium (3rd) finishes in seven years of F1 driving, but in the four years since Vettel joined the team he's had nine wins and 33 podiums.

Webber should be thankful to Seb for helping him resurrect what had been turning into a Nick Heidfeld-like winless career as an also ran.

John Watson is a nobody in F1 racing. Most of the time he 'retired' from races. Last time I checked he was not team principal at Red Bull nor was he anyone at F1. Who is he to make pronouncements about suspensions? Nobody. Maybe he should keep his jealousy and hatred to himself.
Nursi, i think SV is already getting his knuckles rapped but needlessly so because isn't this what racing is all about or should be?

This is the stupidest comment I've heard so far. Red Bull gives millions away to produce the best car possible, and should then decide to ban their only driver able to win the championship? Come on, be serious!

Dear Mr Marko - Seb is your 3 times world champion... am not your fan or that of your team - but what the f***k were you thinking??? You need to rethink your participation or even why you are even a public figure in F1? Go and watch Senna 'The right to win' - You may learn something.......

What a joke.

This is F1 racing not middle school karting. The guys @ the pit wall are not always right, and humanity would not be where we are now if everyone were obedient school kids who toe the line...

Those who take the moral high ground and throw personal attacks on Vettel should 1st take a hard look at themselves. We are all flawed human being, and i doubt very much we are any better than Vettel.
