If Red Bull had two Mark Webbers running around in their cars, then we would have seen 4th and 5th place finishes in the drivers and constructor's championships in the last few years. No prize money, and no recognition. Red Bull would be another Williams.
Now, why cant Seb be the #1? Because he doesn't need that. He can win based on merit. This ordeal is a silly game of "we aren't like Ferrari." But in reality and all honesty, Sebastian is the virtual #1 at Red Bull simply because he is good enough and the car is good enough that he doesn't need "offical" designation as the #1 in order to dominate.

"in evry race, if any team has comfy 1-2 then sometime team will call to hold position. if one driver ignores this, that does not mean he is faster than other. "

Both drivers ignored it. Would those of you who did not watch the race - about 70 percent of you - please pipe down?

@sam ... Ya think? ... F1 cars are more or less billboards! ... Look, Vettel and RedBull have done nothing wrong as far as the rules are concerned, and yiu can question his morals unril the cows come home, the issue here is that he willfully ignored a direct instruction from his boss, thereby weaking the entire structure and creating a huge division. Lets not forget that there is probably 600+ people that make it possible for Vettel to ply his trade in such a fine machine, and he his disregard for authority will breed an air of mistrust, causing the team even more issues ... I think to be fair, it was extremely unsporting, and blackens his charachter more than anything else, especially as he also lied, whilst saying it was the "truth" and that's not something sponsors who pay vast sums want to be associated with ... so potentially a much bigger issue ... so the team has to act, but a ban is ridiculous ... but one of, if not the only way to seek some sort of redress.

I'd like to see Red Bull suspend Vettel for the rest of the season and put some idiot like Scott Speed in his place. Then when Red Bull come in 5th in the constructor's and 5th and12th in the driver's championship we would all see for real just what a great driver Sebastian Vettel is.
Then seb can move to Lotus for the new rulese and the new Renault engine and dominate from there.
All the while Adrian would be sipping on mixed drink on the beach in Thailand enjoying his retirement. Adrian knows that Mark Webber is rubbish.
VOLLGAS SEBASTIAN.

john and ghog. how true. look at how many saying that seb was told to stay behind mark. nothing that was shown or heard on the broadcast says that. and then there are those saying that there was an "agreement", even when at the post race conference, it was clearly stated that there was NO agreement. and then there are some who claim webber was in the pits before seb, and therefore had already turned down his engine...........etc etc
