If I were RBR, I'd sign Massa to replace Webber in a heartbeat at the end of 2013.

Let Webber go drive a red car for a while under his buddy Alonso to get a real feel as to how a #2 is treated by a tyrant.

If anyone wondered whether Webber would be staying with Red Bull after this season...guess you've got your answer, now. I do kind of like the concept of Webber going to McLaren...at least there, he probably wouldn't have to deal with team orders or being treated like a #2 driver. They could really use his expertise in helping develop their car, too.
