Jacques Villeneuve: The team give you the contract and pay and so you do what they want you to do. It is very simple. Ignoring is just plain wrong.

Come on Jacques, your statement about Vettel is full of jealousy and hatred because you could never accomplish what he has at his age and in such a short period of time. It's not the first time you attack Vettel and I'm sure it won't be the last, so stop talking dirt against this young and talented competitor. You and many other competitors would have done exactly the same as Sebastian, after all, we all understand that F1 racing is more individual than a team competition.

I think Jaques is spot on here when he says team pay your wages so you do what they say. Vettel is an employee and does not own the team.Jaques was pretty much orphaned as a direct consequence of the Pironi/Gilles episode at Imola 82 and Vettel clearly does not understand the depth of what his treachery will eventually cause in the fullness of the season. I hope Lewis and Nico end up fighting foir the title whilst Red Bull implodes!

People criticizing Villeneuve for offering his opinion, you should probably know that Villeneuve works for Sky (Italia I think?). His father was in an infamously similar situation which has become one of the most controversial F1 moments of all time, so of course he's going to be asked for his opinion. And honestly, he's one of the very best to ask.
