No u don't shy away from facing stuff Martin, but u do shy away from giving direct, honest answers when interviewed.
As always when ur asked a question u answer it with ur usual "we are Mc Laren, we dont make mistakes" slur.
How im surprised he still retains his job.

I'm pleased to hear it because if he did we would'nt have heard from him for about five years given Mclarens gradual decline. Having said that he never gives a very convincing answer anyway. Mclaren always talk about there terrific history and all the races and championships they used to win when they had the best drivers such as Senna, Prost, Lauda and Hakkinen but now that they have less talented drivers they should start cutting their cloth accordingly and accept that they are not going to start winning again until they sort out their problems and get a number one in the car who can drive the team forward and win races. In short they need to take a very close look at themselves and try and get back to where they were.

That's right farting martin no need to shy away from stuff because stuff just keeps happening and Mclaren just keep going backwards.. Force India one week and Sauber the next soon its gonna be the Caterham's.
All the good staff at Mclaren need to bail from this sinking ship

he messed macca up big time
he had a fast driver Lewis and a good tech director paddy and a fast car.
so wat does he do brings in mr no grip as an equal instead of supporting the faster driver lewis then looses both lewis and paddy
and has now ended up with two no 2 drivers surely this can not be allowed to carry on
