F1 » F1 China 2013: I'd probably do same again, says Vettel

Sebastian Vettel: I think I'm the kind of guy that respects team decisions but on the other hand Mark is not the one that deserved it [the victory] at the time.

Seriously? you misunderstood? what a crock! You can't even be honest when making up excuses 3 weeks later.

This is a sportsman?

No, this is a selfish child who I will never root for. I would rather a REAL man win.

Lost many fans? The english speaking and Hamilton brigade was never a fan in the first place just all jealous...
If anything in the rest of the world Seb's gained more fans.
As for you lot wanting Webber to take Seb out, at worst it'll happen once and Webber would be sacked, and most times Seb's out of reach anyway.
Go on Seb stick it to that foul tempered loser.

I respect Seb as a driver, but with these comments he has shown what his apology is worth and has well and truly driven a wedge into the team and probably an insurmountable problem for Red Bull in the long run. I doubt very much if Mark is going to give him an easy passage this season...

And so the soap opera continues.. never thought I'd be amazed by a press conference. At least MW now fully understands the score - gloves off all round, should be exciting and it looks as if Horner will just have to let them get on with it.

ab. obviously you have access to radio messages that nobody else has. you say that webber was cruising BEFORE his pit stop, yet others in the know say that it was AFTER the pit stop where the famed multi 21 message came through. and where were you when webber repeatedly ignored orders last year?

anyway, it is all immaterial, there are no further team orders to be used at rbr, and in fact, didi had previously said that BOTH drivers would be treated equally, so if that is the truth, then vettel had every right to race.

get over it, there is a long season ahead and the faster driver will prevail.

At least Mark will be pre-warned of Vettels intentions next time and take appropriate action although I'm sure Mark would have been watching out for stupid behaviour before this statement from Vettel.
I've just tried to work out what percentage of friends Vettel will lose by making this statement. Does anyone know what a "zero-divide" error is?

Good on Sebastian for telling the truth- what ever you think, but does this mean he is bigger than the team? May be good for racing but how does Red Bull reign him in, and hire drivers who will be number 2?
