"What I can say for Mercedes is that we don't have a number one or number two driver"

Keep telling yourself that Nico, if it makes you feel better!

I rate Nico very highly and fully expect him to take the fight to Hamilton, but he's not just fighting Hamilton is he...

"When Nicos won a world Championship and has multiple race wins like Lewis maybe then he can be treated equally"

Chicken or the egg... do you really think he will have a shot at a WDC if he stays with merc and plays 2nd fiddle?

Trouble with Nico is that when he beat Schumacer eveyone said it was because he was past it, before that he only had pay driver Nakajima to compare with and before that Webber and Wurz.
The only proper current driver here being Webber and he got beaten by him.
Hamilton on the other hand has beaten or equalled all of his teamates two of them world champs hence they will never be equal unless Rosberg can prove to definately be the quicker driver and so far its 2-0 in qualifying which is the ultimate test of out and out speed.

God i hate to say this but Nico was so fast today and was clearly quicker than Lewis on the hard and soft tires, i really did not think there was a driver out there who could match Lewis when focused in the same car but Nico seems to be that driver.

I believe Nico would have been the fastes in P2t but he set his low fuel run time early in the session where as Massa and Kimi set their time when the track had more rubber laid down.
