Jagworth1, you are absolutely right, but you forgot one thing. It is not the team that runs RBR. It's Vettel. As you have seen during the last race and what Vettel said, he will do whatever he wants and could put Webber wherever he wants. This time Vettel wants Webber at the back. This has been happening since the day they became teammates so please don't be blind. Your theory that RBR wants both drivers up front is The conspiracy.

googol. come on! i thought that you were better than that!

where was the conspiracy theorists last year when seb and lulu suffered the same problem?

ALL cars/drivers suffer from glitches. some are fortunate, others not, but it is all part of racing.

Feel like smacking myself in the face reading some of these comments. Even if RBR wanted to sabotage Webbers car (which I don't believe they do, as they want CC points), they would do it by saying he needed a new gearbox or something and give him a grid penalty. They wouldn't want him at the back of the grid.

Richard why you try and pretend that there aren't a swath of other 'misfortunes' that Webber is put through by RBR is quite curious. Conspiracy theorists - as you would put it - don't come out when Lewis' car is underfueled because McLaren hadn't been giving him a car that would constantly break and have failures seemingly every weekend. Spot the difference? You chose to see it as a series of one-off events, but when they all add up questions have to be asked. A healthy dose of cynicism never hurt anyone.

RBR are a Formula 1 Grand Prix team. They earn money through the Constructore's championship. They earn nothing from the WDC - they would not jepordise their position for Vettel.
Even Mark didn't make a big deal of this - I dislike Vettel but I think this was ust a technical mistake/malfunction.
