Mclaren could have simply found a better driver. Replacing Hamilton with Perez has ensured mclaren will no way be near the title hunt this year. Maybe they could have signed Massa , Hulkenberg, Paul di Resta. Better & mature drivers.

Comparing Perez and Grosjean, Grosjean has crashed more but has accomplished more too. Perez is simply not first rate material. One of Whitmarsh's blunders. The sooner he is out of F1 car, the better for sport
