If Horner is in control he should have suspended Vettel for not following team instructions. Or the least he could do is threaten Vettel if he repeat his insubordination. However, Horner kept quiet when Vettel came out and said that he'd do it again in a hearbeat. Horner is muppet.

Suspend Vettel.....REALLY??...3 time WDC!!!!!! Hmmm......ok? "Hey Seb.....we all know you have won 3 WDC's and....ummmm...every team that participates in F1 would KILL to have you drive for them........but............ ,we need you to back off #2 if he happens to be in front of you. You know how he gets Seb towards the end of a race, If we were to tell you to go ahead and pass him....we would have to tell him to pull over and.......think about it Seb....would you want to have to deal with him after the race?" I make me laugh!!!! RBR acted like it was a big deal and they acted pissed.... out of respect to Mark. But.....don't tell me that ..THERE WAS ANYONE on that team EXCEPT FOR and possibly including....,someone on the PR team (because they will be left holding the bag. Having to explain to the public that Mark is their #2 driver!!!.......God forbid!!!!), that gave/gives.. a rats ass about Seb passing Mark. The people on the RBR crew want to work with a winner...not a runner up!

Its simple...... If I wanted someone to bring home points and give my team a shot at the WDC....I would not want Mark.Webber. But..........If I wanted a decent driver that works HARD....SO FRICKIN HARD at his craft and when called on to promote the brand.....is there with that OZZZZIE charm and absolute integrity. Then.....I call on Mark Webber! Thats pretty much how I feel about him....look at the good not the bad. Pretty much depends on how you as an owner look at your drivers responsibilities and what you want to achieve as the OWNER!. Mark markets RBR........Seb wins for RBR!!!!

If you look at the big picture, it all went wrong for Webber in qualifying where the fuel issue was a team failing. That pass was, in retrospect, not the best but then the team followed up the fuelling error with a pit stop error so in the cock-up stakes I make it:
Webber 1
Team 2
I cannot believe a team would deliberately compromise the chances of one of its cars so I guess its just bad karma??

Why on earth would RBR sabotage Webber when they pay him millions of dollars to drive for them and they need him to score points towards the constructors' championship?

This type of speculation is pure lunacy. Webber is perfectly capable of wrecking his own chances but, as seen throughout his career, he rarely accepts responsibility for his mistakes.

From what I saw on Sunday the team did everything they could to help him after the fueling debacle and he would have gone quite well had he not crashed into Vergne.

Yes!!! Why not??? Any driver can be replaced by the team. 3xWDC only because he's got the best car and the best team. Horner should remind Vettel of this fact. However, Horner is incharge at Red Bul but Vettel.
