Lotus plays down reports linking Kimi Raikkonen with a move to Red Bull for 2014

Its possible its a done deal (Raikkonen with RBR 2014) but if so, we certainly are not hearing (or seeing) it for now. Its also possible he will not be led on by RBR (Raikkonen is no ones fool...) so might stay where he is with Lotus.

As usual most of the Sham brigade wants to take a dig at Vettel and discredit him, do all you like the boy won the title in a car that wasn't the fastest for majority of last year, the Newey debate can go on forever the english speaking media and 'fans' wants to look for excuses to say Vettel is not a deserving champion or a top driver or whatever, the fact of the matter is Kimi drove 5 Newey cars in a row and he failed to win the title and even to win over a dozen races even though the engine was Mercedes and arguably had a better package than Vettel has in the last 4 years, Ok say what you want Vettel won't be considered great unless he joined Ferrari or Whatever but then Alonso, Kimi, Hamilton are not greats either and will still be regarded as less than Seb in the history books, the reason these haters doesn't want Kimi to join RBR is because deep down they know Vettel has a better chance of coming out the winner so yeah the move looks likely, Im sure the excuses will flow when Kim

If Lotus keep going up then why would Kimi want to change teams? Lotus grabbed Kimi because he is arguably the quickest seat of the pants driver on the grid and he just gets on with the job. He may be mates with Vettel Richard but he is too good to play second fiddle to him.
