Fernando Alonso: Hopefully in the next month and a half we can be at the level of the best cars...

Nothing ever changes with Alonso, his car is always poor and the Red Bull's are always fantastic.

The Ferrari has been the best car over the first three races, a fact only partly obscured by Alonso crashing out in Malaysia.

Alonso could win 12 GP's and the WDC this year, and he'd STILL be saying ".. and I did it in this useless donkey cart of a car too!"

But some idiots seem to swallow it, so I suppose I can't blame him for saying it.

different cars have differing qualities, and use the tyres differently. rbr knew that they would be disadvantaged in cina, but in bahrain, it is the ferraris which will be disadvantaged, and the bulls will recover lost ground.
at this stage of the season, no one team can be said to be the fastest.
rbr, ferrari and macca are all said to be progressing with fric suspension, so expect them to be making gains when they get to europe.

I remember Alonso saying in 2007 after the final race(after congratulating Raikkonen for his title victory), that he still is proud of what he achieved during the season because he was fighting alone without McLaren's support. So he didn't thank anyone at McLaren because they failed to help him winning the title. As always Alonso is pointing his strength and underminding his rival's strength, just saying that they have a better car. I find this cool, because I believe that Alonso is the best driver and I like his mind games.

Blah, blah, blah. It's the same old story again. Alonso needs to learn some new lines.

Like last year the car has very good race pace but he needs to qualify better if he wants to get the best results from it. He can't rely on easy hole-shots like he got in China.

I like the way Kimi goes about his business. He doesn't say much and lets his driving do the talking for him.

Yeah Alonso likes to play mind games and yes Alonso likes to make himself look better at all times but the problem with him and Hamilton is that they're scared of Vettel thats why they keep trying to say Newey's the reason why they're winning or Hamilton will come out and say he'd be 5 time champion if he was a Redbull, fact is Alonso is fas becoming a relic and will be remembered only for the mid 2000's and Hamilton has yet to do anything convincing, I mean getting beaten by Button in 2011 badly might have been a blip but for him the only way to match a top team mate is for the teams help just shows why he's overrated, also losing the championship in the fastest car last year was pathetic, these 2 will continue to big eachother up and Vettel will be at least a 6 time world champion by the end of the decade.
