I'm tweaking the people who constantly say these things about a certain other driver - based on nothing much except their own feelings.

Best car won the race. Nothing to say about that.
With current tyre quality, drivers are eager to keep fresh tyres for race rather than qualifying lap.
Vettel has best car on grid and he will win.

Then it's odd that Webber has the seventh best car on the grid. Best you don't think too much about that - it will just give you a headache.
